Shipping

Complimentary shipping is available for orders delivered to eligible U.S. addresses.

We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia or the Marshall Islands. APO/FPO military addresses associated with AA, AE and AP are also excluded.

Orders are dispatched from a U.S. warehouse using FedEx, UPS or USPS. Orders are expected to dispatch within 48 hours on business days. Estimated transit time is 4–10 business days from dispatch, rather than from the order date. These are estimates; invalid addresses and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

Returns & refunds

To request a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused, in the condition received, with its tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Request approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted. After approval, the store provides a return label, return address and instructions. A label does not by itself mean return shipping is free; follow the approved instructions for any return charges.

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly about a damaged, defective or incorrect item. For exchanges, return the original item after approval and make a separate purchase for the replacement.

After the return is received, inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take additional time. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since return approval without the refund arriving.

Excluded categories include sale items, gift cards, custom items, perishables, personal-care items and hazardous goods, including flammable liquids or gases. Ask us about the return eligibility of your particular item before purchasing.

Taxes & charges

Unless stated otherwise, displayed prices exclude applicable taxes, handling charges, duties and import charges. Complimentary shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders as described above. Any applicable additional charges must be confirmed before purchase.
